Exchanges + Returns
Missing or damaged products must be reported by email within 5 days of delivery of merchandise. All damaged or defective merchandise MUST be returned to Bperfect Gels Inc. ALL returns require approval from Bperfect Gels Inc. via email before items are to be shipped. Exchange, credit or refund of damaged and defective merchandise only.
Bperfect Gels Inc. must receive request for exchange, credit or refund of defective merchandise within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. We will replace damaged or defective products at no additional charge.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your replacement, credit or refund. If a refund is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days. Refunds take 3-5 days to post to your bank or credit card. For questions concerning refund status please contact us.
Bperfect Gels Inc. has the right to refuse returns. No returns of products due to misuse or abuse.
